V. Rationale of the Project / Program:

A Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS) serves as the training ground to

have a better community. A school community service is simply a project the
students engage in to render service to people or make the community better. It is
borne out of a desire for selfless service and a yearning for a better society.
Thereby, a well-cleaned comfort room, however, starts with people who cares
and have an initiative through Volunteerism. In that manner, we are going to
implement a Deodorize and Undertake Men and Women's Public toilet (D.U.M.P)
project wherein providing a better comfort room inside the University of Rizal system-
Morong Campus.
 VI. Objectives:

 To provide a comfortable atmosphere for both students and faculty members

 To make the students' experiences more convenient with improved facilities
 To provide air freshener/ bathroom deodorizer in each department's comfort
rooms.
 To raise their sense of concern on the conditions at the facility.
To make students understand the importance of hygiene.

VII. Description of Project:

Deodorize and Undertake Men and Women's Public Toilet) because,
as we observed and also based on the results of our survey, the majority of
the students in the University of Rizal System—Morong Campus has a lot of
difficulties when it comes to the cleanliness and sanitization of the university's
comfort room. These projects will include a plan that will undoubtedly provide
comfortable public toilets to all students who struggle with using messy
facilities.
VIII. Methodologies:

The proposal describes the implementation of a project aimed at deodorizing the

university's comfort rooms by placing air fresheners in each cubicle. Its purpose
is to ensure that everyone, particularly students and faculty members, can use
the public restrooms comfortably.
