BLT EGG SLIDERS

INGRIDIENTS

6 strips of bacon
3 baby romaine lettuce
2 tomatoes
6 hardboiled eggs
2 tsp mustard
2 tsp black sesame seeds
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp iodized salt
A BLT is a type of sandwich, named for the initials of its primary ingredients,
bacon, lettuce, and tomato. This dish is usually paired with breads or toast, so to make
a little twist we substitute the bread with hardboiled eggs.
I assigned my group mates to bring some of the ingredients equally, and they
participated very well.
We ensure the cleanliness and safety of our dish. We use hairnet for our hair, we
use plastic gloves to make sure that our hands couldn't bring bacteria to the food we
prepare.
The making of our assigned task is very new to us because this is our first time
doing this in school. It is fun and exciting.
