Auto Posting of Material in Quality Inspection.

In general, P2P Cycle we received the Goods in Unrestricted Stock for directly
use in production or using this we can directly issue the material without any
inspection.
But as per some Business requirement they do not want the material directly
use after the receiving in plant. They need the Quality Inspection step for their
business scenario. They want to use material only after the Quality Inspection
for tracking the purpose of Audit or any other things.
In this business scenario we need to do Post the Material in Quality Inspection
while doing the Goods Receipt. After the Quality inspection it will be used for
Production.
Step by Step Process of Auto Posting of Material in Quality Inspection.

Step: - 1
 Create a Material Master by using T-Code: - MM01

 While creating Material Master under Purchasing View Tick the Post to
Inspection Stock as shown above.

Step: - 2
 Now Create Standard PO by using T-Code: - ME21N

 While Creating PO under the Delivery Tab Stock Type showing in Quality
Inspection as per we set in Material Master.
 Std.Pur.Doc. Test-1 created under the number 4500027913

Step: - 3
 Just check the Stock of Material by using T-Code: - MMBE

 We have no stock of this material in our system.

 Do the Standard Goods Receipt by using T-Code: -MIGO

 While doing GR system will show you the Stock type in Quality
Inspection by default as per settings.
 Material document 10010095 posted.
 Now Again Check the stock of Material by using T-Code: - MMBE

 As per Goods Receipt done stock Automatically post in Quality

Inspection.

Step: - 4
 After the Quality Inspector check the Quality of material & gives
confirmation then Transfer the material from Quality Inspection to
Unrestricted use.

 As this material is in Quality Inspection system will not allow to use this
for Production. It will allow only after the clearance from Quality
Inspection.
 Do the Transfer Posting by using T-Code: - MIGO

 Use the Movement type as 321: - Transfer posting quality inspection to
unrestricted
 Material document 10010098 posted
 Again check the Stock of material by using MMBE

 Now the Stock in Unrestricted use. It will be used for production now.
System will allow to post the goods issue as below.
