2023
The state of Andhra Pradesh is renowned for its excellent infrastructure, large

mutually beneficial partnerships, the Government of Andhra Pradesh is conducting the
“Global Investors Summit 2023” at Visakhapatnam on March 03 – 04, 2023.

The summit will showcase Andhra Pradesh’s strong industrial base, robust presence of
MSMEs and Startups, and its investor-friendly atmosphere.

The two-day summit offers an all-inclusive platform for international and domestic
investors, policy-makers, diplomats from various countries, country business delegations,
influencers, industry associations and trade bodies to explore opportunities, entering

About the Sector:
The MSME sector in Andhra Pradesh manufactures a variety of products with the majority
of the micro and small units actively engaged in sectors such as Agri & Food Processing,
Aqua processing, Automotive, Textiles, Minerals, Granite, Leather, Fabricated Materials,
Construction material, etc. The State government is handholding MSMEs training to
enhance skill sets, providing fiscal incentives, providing preferential market access,
enabling export ecosystem through initiatives like One District One product, etc.

51,213 sft. in the Innovation Valley, Visakhapatnam, 6500 sft. in Incubation Tower at
Kakinada, 2,300 sft. in Vijayawada and 6,300 sft. at Tirupati. APIS has also supported
the formation of 26 Incubators (7 by the Government & Academia, 2 by NGOs, and 17 by
Private Academia Incubators). The Government of Andhra Pradesh is also operating on
the “Bootup-Startup-Scaleup” model focusing on the first-generation Technology-based
entrepreneurs contributing to employment generation, new products, services, and social
transformation.
