B.E./B.Tech – ECE, EEE, CS, Instrumentation, Pune
Mechanical, Mechatronics, Avionics and
Aerospace Engineering or

B.Sc – Physics and Mathematics

 Academic percentage should be 60% aggregate and above starting from X to highest education.
 Prior Work Experience in Sales/Marketing would be an added advantage
 2 years’ service agreement
 Management Trainees will be working for different Verticals

Roles and Responsibilities –

 Selling assigned products to Aerospace & Defence, Commercial ESP’s, Manufacturing units & institutes
 Develop and build customer relationships within existing accounts as well as finding new customers
through prospecting
 Effectively present our technical/business value propositions to existing and potential clients
 Skilled in consultative selling, with a deep understanding of the client’s needs and our capabilities
 Responsible for the business and technical solution and value proposition to client
 Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
 Cold calling
 Ensure committed revenue grows in each assigned account
 Reports

 Candidate who is keen to work on niche technology sales


 Candidate with sales adrenalin flow, the one who is passionate about selling
 Candidate who has positive attitude towards challenges that comes along as a part of sales process
 Candidate who is a quick learner and never recoil from taking initiatives
