Roles and Responsibilities

Human Resource Management: Handling end to end employee life cycle for employees in Enterprise Service Unit in Infosys. The
initiatives include, but not limited to:
• Talent Management- Analyzing location, job level, and skill wise attrition report and conducting succession planning review
meetings with delivery heads and HR BL to drive future course of action for top performers & bottom performers, monitored
job rotation & career progression through IJPs and performed proper succession planning.
• Leading C&B for the practice including annual compensation review and quarterly performance bonus.
• Collaborating with delivery to frame various incentive model for the high performers to curb the attrition and improve the
satisfaction scores.
• Learning and Development- Collaborating with business and ETA (Education, Training and Assessment) team to identify the
need of a training module as per requirement and enabling the training plan. Liaising with Delivery Managers and ETA team
to create development plans for identified high potential employees.
• Performance Management System- Driving the performance management initiative by conducting enablement sessions for
employees and managers to take it to the timely closures as per the corporate mandate. Enabling PIP(performance
improvement plan) for the employees at bottom rating as per project/unit needs.
• Anchoring Employee Engagement programs at various unit levels like skip meetings, HR connect sessions, new hire
orientation programs/feedback sessions for new joiners and various cultural and technical events at the location.
• Diversity and Inclusion – Working in the space of Diversity and Inclusion while running women empowerment initiatives at
unit level like- Women in Tech. Also, took part in ‘accelerate task’ on the best practices in the industry for enabling the
women in technology.
• Onboarding- Collaborating with ‘Employee Relations’ team for onboarding, induction of new joiners, and pre and post
verification checks of candidates.

Major Projects undertaken:


• Leadership and Diversity Hiring- Single handedly executed the leadership hiring process for a newly carved service line in
Infosys.
• HR Analytics- Driving the analytics track at the unit level and sharing the inference and action items with business on
attrition, utilization, employee engagement and hiring.
• Process Automation and Optimization- Successfully tested and implemented the Sniper AI tool in Infosys for screening the
candidates using machine learning.

• Employer Branding- Working with marketing team to run the employer branding campaign of the several initiatives in the
units on social media platforms.

Tech Mahindra Ltd, Chandigarh |Software Engineer April 2012 – June 2014

• Provided end to end application support to the client through continuous interactions; identified issues, performed root
cause analysis, and provided timely and effective solutions.
• Prepared Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the bridge cases in order to facilitate better understanding of the
project for new joiners and to ensure formalization of job. Provided data mapping and data migration services to the client
as well.
