1.0 Scope

The scope of this method statement is to detail the method of Removing Socket from Wall between
RU2035 & RU2035a

4.0 Method

4.1 Storage

4.1.1 Lay down area at site to be coordinated and arrangements to be made for mobilization
of material.

4.1.2 Prior to commencement of work, Engineers & supervisor will inspect all work before
removing socket.
4.1.3 Only required materials to be shifted to site and stored temporarily and ensure extra
materials are not dumped to site and congest the working area.
4.1.4 Once work is completed, extra materials and tools to be return back to stores, work are
to be kept clean.

4.2 procedures

4.2.1 Before Starting removing the wiring for the above mentioned activities, we have to
check the connection of wiring and all area is dry from water or any rubbish inside
conduits.

4.2.2 At the wall we checking the wire from starting to the socket itself.

4.2.2 We need to make power off during removing the socket to avoid any hazard.

4.2.3 Checking inlet and outlet for this circuit to be ensure that no effect on the structural
loop.

4.2.4 After that closing this Loop by properly way to avoid any damage or hazarding happen
in the future.

4.2.5 Removing GI boxes and wiring after finishing closing structural Loop.

5.0 Inspection

5.1 Removing GI boxes and wiring from wall between RU2035 & RU2035a.

6.0 Safety

6.1 Safety precautions shall be followed in line with established project safety plan.

6.2 People shall use PPE such as safety harnesses, safety shoes, helmets, etc.

6.3 Safety Officer shall check and ensure that all safety precautions are taken before starting the
work in the shafts and heights.

6.4 Safety Officer shall check and ensure that all scaffoldings used are having duly signed tags.
