Dress code shall be either red, dark green, gold, or a combination of two or three of these colors. 2. Designated entrance/start of line for queuing and exit shall be strictly observed. . Fach Sector/Executive Office shall have a representative/spokesperson who will greet the CP on behalf of the Sector/Office. . Sector/Executive Office’s picture taking with the CP will be done immediately after the greetings. The PIO is the COA’s official photographer who will take pictures and the same will be uploaded in the COA website. Other COA employees will be allowed to take pictures on their own or thru the other co-employees but not by the official photographer. . Wearing of face mask at all times during the grecting is required. Mask can be removed upon instruction of the Emcee.
