Faren BuildCon Areas of Application

PR
Faren Buildcon PLASTO READY - PR is a cement-based, plastering mortar for application over masonry walls, RCC columns,
PLASTO READY beams and ceiling areas. It provides strong surface suitable for all types of final finishing applications. Highly
recommended over well-prepared walls with maximum thickness of plastering up to 15 mm in single layer.

MIXING
Add Faren Buildcon PLASTO READY - PR to the recommended quantity of water and mix for 2-3 minutes to ensure

NET WEIGHT 40 kg lump - free consistency.

PLASTO READY - PR
Mix only the required quantity of material which can be consumed within the 1 hour pot life and do not add more water than
the prescribed water ratio.
Allow the mix to stand for 2 minutes to mature and then mix it again before use

SURFACE PREPARATION
Prepare the surface before the application of Faren Buildcon PLASTO READY - PR by removing oil, bond inhibiting agents,
dirt, dust and laitance.
Clean the surface using a wire brush and water jet. Pre-wet the surface before the application of Faren Buildcon PLASTO READY - PR
It is advisable to roughen the concrete surface or apply. Faren Buildcon SEAL & DRY 5 PLUS as a bonding agent
over the concrete surface to have the required adhesion.

APPLICATION
Apply Faren Buildcon PLASTO READY - PR using mortar trowel / spatula / aluminum float as done in conventional
plaster applications.
For achieving higher thickness above 15 mm, it is recommended to apply multiple layers.

PRECAUTIONS
Application on external walls in windy/high temperature conditions may result in faster drying of the product which can
cause shrinkage related issues. Do not use if temperature is likely to drop below 5°C or exceed 50°C
Use of gloves is recommended at the time of application and prevent direct contact with skin and eyes. !
In case of contact, wash with clean water immediately.

CURING
In normal climatic condition, Faren Buildcon PLASTO READY - PR requires 2-3 times daily curing for 2-3 days after
24 hours of application.
