WELLHEAD & XT SYSTEM ENGINEERING Services

MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

The service holder shall:

• Follow-up of the schedule for the engineering, procurement, assembly and testing of the CLOV ph 2 and Zinia Phase 2 subsea
wellhead and Xmas tree systems.
• Be responsible for the technical design by Contractor of the subsea Xmas Trees, Tubing Hangers, Running Tools (where
appropriate) and other associated equipment to ensure compliance of the design with Company requirements and industry
standards. Liaise with Company specialists where required.
• Participate with Design and Safety Reviews, HAZOP, HAZIDs, Risk Assessments etc.
• Ensure that ALL interfaces are identified, and required dates are identified, met and that all interfaces are closed per plan.
Maintain close contact with interface partners, particular in the TEPA drilling department.
• Maintain a tracking of TEPA owned tools to be re-used and ensure with the TEPA drilling department that these are maintained
and available prior to start of drilling and completion operations.
• Quality control; follow-up of the inspection and test plan and attendance on COMPANY behalf to the various inspection points to
ensure compliance of the manufacturing with Company requirements.
• Participate during FAT & EFAT and follow-up of punch lists and mechanical completion of the subsea wellhead and Xmas tree
equipment.
• Follow-up of shipment and in-country inspection and testing of subsea wellhead and Xmas tree equipment.
• Provide technical support to Company in-country personnel during testing, loadout, installation and commissioning of subsea
wellhead and Xmas tree equipment.

Closeout of project including engineering and manufacturing documentation, lessons learned / REX.

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

PBF (Project Brownfield) entity is responsible for brown-field developments such as Zinia Ph2, Clov Ph2, Dalia Ph3 and other infills
development in B17, Angola. The objective of the entity is to develop and deliver economically and technically robust
solutions/equipments to counter the decline in B17 production.

PBF SPS department is a transverse entity supporting all the brown-field projects. They are responsible for defining and delivering
the SPS equipment needed to complete the project. In addition to that, they provide the technical assistance to Development and
Planning department during concept selection, with other entities of TEPA for support during in country fabrication (ex: Well jumpers),
installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up activities of SPS equipment.

- Starting date: April 2018


- Duration : 12 months

- Location: UK - Dunfermline, Scotland with missions to Norway
- Status: Residential

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Subsea related discipline, or equivalent.
• 7 years experience in subsea engineering associated with marine wellheads, Xmas Trees systems, and exposure to operations
and manufacturing environments
• Good knowledge of system and design, and more specifically manufacturing and testing of subsea equipment with a minimum
of 7 years experience, most likely with some experience of offshore installation phase.
• Working knowledge of industry standards related in subsea systems, e.g. API 6A, 17A, 17D, 16A and ISO 13628 series.
• Familiar with constraints of operations and associated interfaces
