3. The Service Order form opens with the Service Type defaulted to “EMR
Repair and Return_MSS”

4. In the “Item” field enter the item information and TAB out the Description will
populate in the “Item Description” field

6. On the “Details” Tab Click on the Flex Field at the bottom right of the screen to
open the Repair Orders DFF. The DFF should open, and the context value
should be ‘DMC_USA_OU’.
If the item to be repaired is a Flow Product Enter ALL the details in the DFF.
7. If the item to be repaired is NOT a Flow Product, enter only the “Customer
Request Date”

10. A message will come to confirm the creation of IB instance and click the “Add to
IB” button
