Lemon Juice – has a lot of Vitamin C and helps you get rid of the toxins in your body. It also has
pectin, a soluble fiber that helps you lose weight.
Apple – contains fiber that helps you feel full longer as it expands in your stomach. As a result, it
takes lesser food to satisfy your hunger.
12 oz water
1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
Half apple, sliced
½ tsp sweetener
Directions:
1. Place the ingredients in a blender (except for the apples) and blend for at least 10 seconds.
2. Put the blended ingredients into a large pitcher and add the apple slices.
3. Enjoy !
Health Benefits of this Fat Burning Water
INGREDIENTS:
1. 5 limes
2. 5 piece garlic
3. 4cm Ginger
4. 2 lit Water
Squeeze limes into a container and boil the lime trash in the water on low heat till bubble. Then Peel, cut
garlic and ginger; add to blender along with lime juice. Blend thoroughly. After lime trash is boiled add the
blended liquid to it and cover till cooled. Then strain and bottle.
On empty stomach Drink 1 cup before each main meal for 21 days rest 1 week and repeat process. Add
