places. What problems and how can we solve the problem of pollution in city centers?

3. Learning a foreign language helps students develop a set of important skills. Why
should foreign languages be taught in schools?
- Helps students keep in contact with friends overseas: reduce the distances between people
and people, no more obstacles when traveling or studying abroad
- Expand their horizons: provides them with diversity in cultures, and traditions -> motivate
pupils to respect their diversity
4. Has technology made a positive contribution to sports today? The use of technology

· Technology provides sports players with ultra-modern facilities: lighter boots, better quality
soccer balls or bats, and rackets,……… -> support for participants to break the records and
show all their abilities
· Apart from this, trainers nowadays have a kind of gadget to monitor body activity as well as
consider which sort of sport fits themselves

of sports players -> easier for referees or umpires to decide whether to do a penalty or any

· Completely concentrate on your work: as fewer disruption from colleges, noise -> facilitate

or emission from factories or roads.

· Home distraction: have no particular schedule -> be attracted by social media ( Facebook,

· Negative effects on mental health: being isolated in houses for a long time -> Feeling
lonely; sitting in front of the screen for a long time -> headache or disorder.
6. In many parts of Africa, people are dying of starvation and lack of fresh
water. What are the reasons for this issue and how can these problems be
solved?
- Reasons:
+ Poor frustration: unable to build up the water filtration system -> use of
contaminated water in the cooking and daily demands -> diseases: diarrheal or
waterborne
+ Pollution: cause natural disasters (especially drought) -> no pasture or farmland
to grow crops
+ Consequences of wars: dramatically demolished and emigrate causes their
instability of life -> effect on harvest and earnings or maintain breed

think it should be made illegal?
- Absolutely :
+ Smoking causes lung cancer -> takes a long time to treat -> death
+ a waste of money: cigarettes are considered to be addictive substances -> drugs -> this
leads to many kinds of crimes: robbing, stealing, lying,……….
+ Affect others: the smoke from cigarettes can spread to others ( especially in the public:
buses, parties,…….)
10. Life is harder for young people now than in the past. Do you agree? Education

- However, this also leads to an increase in competition among companies or rivalry among
students -> ones who bring home the bacon: get caught up in the hectic pace of life

have a long vacation to explore everything

· There is a line for buses or taxis -> get away with traffic jams -> save time
· Flexibility: use it every time to go everywhere without waiting for the bus top,…….
· Comfort and relax: have our own space, avoid getting stuck in the crowd
· Convenience: able to carry lots of luggage and with ones who have babies

-> Disagree: pollution is caused by all the bad habits of humans -> by some simple
activities -> change the world for the better

+ Air pollution: stop using private transport all the time. Instead, turning to use public
transport -> decline the smoke from vehicles and avoid traffic jams
+ Water pollution: say no to throwing garbage into the rivers or beaches -> preserve the
marine creatures.
15. Some people think that school does not prepare students adequately for real life.

- The content of lessons: too many theories and homework without any practical practice
( ex: IT: having little chances to get access to computers; being a mechanic,..)
- Lack of social skills: do basic house chores, budget management, do taxes, ……..

robots) -> not only effective but also productive -> save time for other works
