Equipment Delivery Payment Terms

Payment Terms
7 days 1) 80% advance.
2) 20% after Installation and Commissioning.

Installation In 15 days from advance payment, net metering in two months max

Included Mounting will be drilled in roof with leakage control treatment

Production Solution production given in this offer is predictive, grid tied solution
doesn’t produce when grid is not present

WARRANTY TERMS

-Warranty of Inverter: 5 year warranty

-Warranty of PV modules: 10 Years product warranty
- PV output performance warranty: 20% degradation of output in 25 years
-Warranty will be void if damaged by physical breakage
-Inverter warranty will be approved after fault test report
-Damage occurred due to surge from grid will not be claimed in inverter warranty

After installing the system, we will start application of net metering for your home. The
procedure takes between 1-2 months and after that your net meter will start operating. During
