2. REFLECTION QUESTION: Reflect on your experience of the religious activity you

participated in. Select a body of water which you think best characterizes your experience and
tell why.

One of the things that I am really working on myself is my faith in God. I want to strengthen
my relationship with Him by having more faith in Him. The Gospel of the Lord yesterday was
all about the apostles and their faith in God. The apostles of God hesitated because they still
did not believe that He came back. They were also afraid that what happened to their Master
would also happen to them. Their actions only showed that their faith in Him was not strong.
They doubted Jesus. So the Gospel yesterday taught me a lot of things. I learned that faith is
not something you can just say. We cannot just say that we believe in Jesus, but our actions say
otherwise. We cannot just say we are faithful to Him but only believe in Him when we can see
Him with our own eyes. To be faithful children of God means believing in His capabilities,
believing His words, and following all of His commandments without any doubt. So with these
realizations, I can say that a body of water that I think best characterizes my experience this
Sunday is the ocean. Oceans are broad and deep. I have compared my experience to an ocean
because I want to emphasize that our love and faith in God must be as deep as the Pacific
ocean, the deepest ocean in the world.
