Dear Mr. Adem

I am writing 5 days ago to complain about the service in your restaurant.

We looked at six tables in advance and booked, but when we arrived there was no empty table and we
had to wait more than 45 minutes to sit down.

There were only four of the 12 dishes on the menu and the quality was low. The steak tasted especially
terrible, and the waiter was rude when we told him about it.

Besides, it was too late to eat. My friends and I ordered food, but the meal came to the table between
30-40 minutes . When it arrived, it was colder and tastier than expected.

We haven't been to your restaurant before, but we've heard a lot of positive feedback about the
restaurant's food and service. For some reason, this is the first time we have been treated so badly. I
don't want a refund, but I would like you to improve the quality of your food and service.
