2. To ensure that the project team has consistent and easily accessible information, various
types of information such as documents, drawings, models, and RFIs should be
uploaded and logged through a CDE or BIM360 platform. This will also facilitate
accountability for the project.

In order to improve communication and track necessary design changes, an


investigation into the use of electronic markups will be conducted, and the RVT/IFC file
format as well as PDFs will be adopted. The BIM360 CDE should be utilized to
exchange these files and to request deadlines.

The Project BIM Manager will establish the CDE folder structure in accordance with ISO
19650 and project information delivery requirements.

The BIM manager for the project is responsible for establishing the approval process and
obtaining agreement from all stakeholders during the project's BIM kick-off meeting. The
advancement of this process should be documented in the BEP.
