Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It is my pleasure to introduce today's seminar's outstanding
speaker. Engr. John Paul Sullano is a well-recognized specialist in the electrical field with a significant
educational and professional history.

In Tarlac State University, he succeeded in obtaining a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. In

addition, he is a master of Engineering Management from University of Technology Sydney. Since then,
he has been active in his field for over 10 years and has held a variety of high-ranking positions at
numerous organizations. He also received an award in Building Wiring Installation from The Bethel
Educational Support and Technology – Dasmarinas, Cavite.

Engr. Sullano has attended numerous seminars and workshops to stay abreast of the most recent trends
and developments in the electrical field such as Building Code of Australia BCA Training Course, Fire &
Safety Australia – Public Warden/Chief Warden Training, and MEX Maintenance Software Solutions
Online Course.

We are extremely lucky to have him with us today to offer his expertise and thoughts on Engineers
Australia: Migration Skills Assessment Process and Pathway In Relation to IIEE's Aim for Global
Recognition and Standard Setting.

ENGR. ELMER O. CASAO

Ladies and gentlemen, it is my pleasure to introduce our esteemed speaker for today's seminar. With
over 20 years of experience in the electrical field, Engr. Elmer O. Casao is a well-respected expert in their
field.

Engr. Casao holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Batangas State University. He has
also obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Philippine Christian Academy. He has
since gone on to achieve remarkable accomplishments in his career, having held positions of great
responsibility in some of the most renowned companies in the industry.

Engr. Casao has been recognized for his exceptional work and has been the recipient of numerous
awards, including an award for being an Outstanding Committee in IIEE National, a leadership excellence
award in Philippine Embassy – Abu Dhabi, and High Voltage Awardee in IIEE Abu Dhabi Chapter. He has
also been invited to speak at various seminars and conferences both nationally and internationally,
sharing his knowledge and expertise with others in the field.

As a lifelong learner, Engr. Casao has attended several seminars and workshops to keep abreast of the
latest advancements in electrical engineering field. He firmly believes in the importance of continued
learning and is always seeking new opportunities to expand his knowledge and skills.

ENGR. PRIMO BELTAN, JR.

Engr. Primo Beltan Jr. is a highly respected expert in engineering, with a vast and impressive background
in both education and professional experience. He received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical
Engineering from Mariano Marcos State University in Batac City. Since then, he has worked in his field
for over 25 years, achieving significant accomplishments and making a lasting impact in the industry.

Engr. Primo has been recognized for his outstanding contributions to the field, receiving numerous
awards and honors, including certificate of Appreciation for his leadership in Alpha Phi Omega Alumni,
Association of Alberta; Certificate of Appreciation his exemplary contribution in Saihati, Othman and
Fatani Consulting Company, and Certificate of Recognition for being a Technical Speaker in LV Motor
Starters. He has also attended various seminars and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest trends
and advancements in electrical engineering.

Moreover, Engr. Primo Beltran, Jr. has conducted several seminars and workshops, sharing his insights
and experiences on LV Distribution Protection and Coordination, Short Circuit Calculations and
Applications Part 1-4, and Basic Motor Starting Study with professionals and academics from around the
world. His presentations have been highly regarded and have been instrumental in advancing the field of
electrical engineering.
