My Health Career Plan

Self-Assessment:

My skills are that I have the ability to listen and communicate with other people as needed in
a health-related career. I am also interested in working and collaborating with people—
patients, family members, and other professionals. I am willing and able to handle uncertainty
and conflicting requests, and I also have the ability to stay calm while working under
pressure.

Career Exploration:

I wanted to explore health careers as a pediatric surgeon, a neurosurgeon, an anesthesiologist, or

a psychiatrist. 

I'd like to do research or watch videos about the health profession that I've chosen, to have a
better understanding and to think carefully about what career path I have chosen.

Decision Making:

A career that suits my skills and interests is as a psychiatrist and anesthesiologist. 

I need to consider the knowledge that I will gain, the career that will enhance me and, of
course, the career that will pay well; job chances in the career that I will select; and, most
importantly, whether or not I will be able to afford the career that I will choose.

My Plan of Action:

To achieve my goals, I need to make a plan and motivation to continue my studies for the
future. I also need to be wise in the decisions I make in my life, it is also important that I be
healthy and physically and mentally fit so that I can prepare for my future goals.
