SUMMARY OF THE VIOLATION:

A married woman who experienced human rights abuse from her husband. He never let her wife to go
outside to bond with her friends. She’s always inside their house taking care of their children. Since
they were married, she never had a right of freedom. She said, her husband always physically and
mentally abuses her whenever He’s drunk.

As future law enforcers, what should the violators have done to prevent such abuses?

Monitoring and reporting are central to early warning which is a key part of effective prevention.
Designing solutions to address the issues and concerns identified through human rights monitoring
and put in place measures to ensure that human rights are respected, protected and fulfilled. And
gathering of verifiable information to assess the situation on the ground.
