is not as big as the one in Costa Verde but it has a beautiful view of the sea, it has 2
bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it also has a dining room and laundry area.
Estefani: Is the neighborhood quiet?
Aylin: The Costa Verde apartment is usually a bit noisy because of the cars on the
road. But the Costa de Oro apartment is very quiet
Karen: Do the apartments have a stove and refrigerator?
Aylin: The Costa Verde apartment has a microwave and washing machine. The
Costa de Oro apartment has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer, and dryer.
Estefani: How expensive is the rent?
Aylin: Well, the rent in the Costa Verde apartment is $8,000.00, while in the Costa
de Oro apartment it is $17,000.00
