You are hereby authorized to sell stamps of the following description, this to say:-

COURT FEE ADHESIVE STAMPS: NON JUDICIAL STAMPS, REVENUE STAMPS

Under Act VII of 1980 Under Act II of 1980

This license For Thatta Taluka according to the rules made under section 74 of the stamps

Act 1899 and section 54 of the Act VII of 1970. In case of non availability Judicial of stamps, you shall not
be sell the public two or more stamps of lower value for use in place on one of a value higher than Rs:
300/- and required for

the purpose of stamps duty on a single instrument and in case of imposed Court fee stamps you

shall not sell of the cause of 50/- of onwards.

You shall keep in conspicuous position outside your place of vend signboard bearing in English and
vernacular language if the District, your named and wards LICENSE VENDOR OF STAMPS. You shall have
also in your place of vend, copies of stamps Act and of the rules there under in English and vernacular
with copies of all notification of the president of Pakistan modifying the stamps duties of placed they
can be been and read by purchaser.

You shall without delay, delivery and stamps, which you have in your possession for sale

on demand or accept for any prescribed stamps and consideration exceeding the value of the

stamps. You should execute surety bond in the sum of Rs: 200/- with the District Accounts Officer,

Thatta.

You should keep a stock of stamps at least for Rs: 200/-.

You should maintain account books on the prescribed forms for the sale of stamps.

This license is to be cancelled at any time by this office.
