II - (Mechanical Parking/Stack Parking)

2.1 We hereby undertake that we shall provide pit stack parking/mechanical parking in
operating/working condition as shown in the plans/sections at the time of applying
for occupancy certificate.

2.2 We hereby further undertake that mechanical parking are as per provisions of
UDCPRs and the feasibility of mechanical parking including its technical
specification, installation, working etc has been certified by M/s KRAFT
ELEVATORS PVT LTD (professional vendor).
2.3 We hereby further undertake that, the supply, testing & commissioning of
mechanical/stack/pit car parking and its safety are our sole responsibility and CIDCO
and its officials shall not be responsible for any matter related to mechanical parking.

2.4 We hereby further undertake that the mechanical parking/pit/stack parking shall be
handed over to the society in working condition and the society shall maintain and
operate and shall create due mechanism for smooth functioning of the same. we
hereby further undertake that, clauses shall be incorporated in the agreement between
the buyer and us.

2.5 We hereby undertake that buyer shall be made aware of the Mechanical/pit stack car
park system. We shall at the time of occupancy submit a copy of registered document
between the buyer and ourselves mentioning the clauses. We shall hereby undertake
that at the time of conveyance deed we shall inform the Society members and its
committee of the above mentioned clauses.
