COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course includes the study of lie detection techniques, focuses in the conduct of polygraph examination, use of
polygraph instrument using the standard procedures as applied in criminal investigation, detection of crime and administration of justice.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:
In this course, students will be introduced to the different concept of of lie detection as an aid in law enforcement administration and criminal
justice; apply lie detection techniques in investigation and detection of crimes; and different principles of law and jurisprudence related to lie detection.

WEEK 18 FINAL EXAM

COURSE POLICIES & GUIDELINES:

1. Policies, procedures, and standards shall apply as per Student Handbook and CHCC Administration memos. 
2. All classes, lectures, and discussions will be conducted during the scheduled face-to-face classes.
3. Proper decorum such as courtesy and wearing of the prescribed uniform shall be observed upon entry to the school vicinity.
4. The instructor will provide soft copies or hard copies of lessons and reading materials.
5. The students’ final grade will depend heavily on class participation, and on the quality of submitted assigned tasks/activities, pre-assessment and post-
assessment.
6. All tests are to be taken on scheduled dates. Special examinations may be given only for highly justifiable reasons.
7. Course requirements should be submitted on time. Late requirements shall be accepted at the discretion of the instructor and if accepted, will be given
demerits.
8. Cheating and plagiarism are unacceptable academic behaviors. Any student caught cheating during an examination will get a score of zero for that
examination. Any student caught plagiarizing will automatically be given a failing grade in the subject.
9. Students are expected to give their best effort in studying the subject.
