Lesson 1. Introduce the flashcards and play a circle game to have pupils
Developmen practise the phrases.
t 2. Distributes flash cards to each pupils. Takes turn to spell and
construct simple sentence based on the word/picture.
3. Plays the song once and asks pupils to hold up their cards when
listen their word. Teacher repeats play the song and all pupils
mime all the actions as they hear.
1. 4. Pupils refer sb pg 15, listen to the song and follow the words
before drawing a line to match the pictures, as shown in the
example.
Post-lesson 1. Teacher divides pupils in to group of 6. Play language games
word maze.
2. pupils need to play a mime game based on the word maze
provided.
1. In group, pupils take turn to make simple sentence. Throw the die
then they count the moves and make simple sentence based on
their level.

Membaca dan menyalin / menulis perkataan berkaitan dengan anggota badan.
Jom baca.

2. Murid diminta bercerita tentang sesuatu kaum berdasarkan perayaan, pakaian,
makanan dan adat
3. Murid mengeja dan menyebut nama kaum dengan betul.
4. Murid memadankan nama kaum dengan gambar yang sesuai.
5. Murid kemudiannya memadankan jenis pakaian dengan kaum yang betul.

Lesson 1. Ask pupils to look at their timetable and try to elicit subjects they

t 2. Have pupils write down three subjects they like. Ask some pupils
what their favourite subject(s) is/are, and elicit basic ideas for
why they like these subjects.
3. Play the CD 1- Track 20 and have ppls chorally repeat the
exchange. Ppls individually model the exchange.
4. Divides ppls to group of four. Distributes worksheet to each
group. Ppls ask one other to what their favourite subject and fill in
the table.
After finish, each group report their findings to the class.
Post-lesson 1. Teacher get ppls to sit in circle or divide into groups.
2. Ppls take turn to say simple sentence and next ppl need to repeat
and remember their friends’ favourite subjects.
3. Ppls continue in the same manner. The ppl who doesn’t remember
a subject someone else has mentioned is out of the game.
4. (eg: My favourite subject is English. Next ppl say: Your favourite
subject is English , my favourite subject is Math. Next ppl say,
Her/His favourite subject is English. Her/His favourite subject is
Math and my favourite subject is Science.)

1. Teacher displays flashcards of subjects in schools and elicits
pupils’ favourite subjects.
Lesson 1. Introduce the subjects vocabulary using the flashcards and ask

2. Teacher distributes worksheet and asks ppls to identify the words
in word maze.
Play CD1 track 19 and pupils listen and sing the song together.

textbook when they hear the subject mentioned.
