BRIEF PROPOSAL OF SETTLEMENT FOR THE RESPONDENT

1. That HANNA (First Party) shall pay the total amount of Php1,000,000.00
to KATRINA (Second Party) with NO INTEREST;

2. That HANNA shall pay the amount of P500,000.00 as her first partial
payment shall be paid in installment basis: Php100,000.00, Php200,000.00
and Php200,000.00, respectively, from April 1, 2022-April 30,2022;

3. That the remaining balance of Php500,000.00 shall be paid within (6)

years, with NO INTEREST, in equal monthly installment of Php6,944.44
from June 2022 until June 2028;

4. That the cost of the expired skin care products amounting to

Php44,000.00 shall be borne by KATRINA since she is at fault;

5. That payment shall be made in Post Dated Checks (PDC) through the
savings account of Katrina.
