Role: Appointment Setter

Title: Business Development Specialist

Level: Entry-level

Type: Freelance contract

Target Markets: Global (English-speaking prospects)

Skillsets: Appointment setting, inbound sales, business development, cold calling, cold
email, digital marketing, marketing agencies, agency sales, luxury industry,
travel and/or hospitality industry (optional), fluent English (no heavy accent, bad
grammar etc.) is a must-have

Attitude: Transparent, confident, polite, professional, honest, ethical, positive, motivated,


ambitious, high level of emotional intelligence

Provided resources: VoIP software for calling and activity tracking, email address, email automation,
CRM (Hubspot) with 10 000+ contacts (emails and partially also phone
numbers), 30-60+ inbound leads per month with email and phone numbers
attached, Calendly for booking meetings

Target: High level marketing and C-suite executives (directors, VPs, GMs, CMOs, CEOs)
in the luxury travel and hospitality industry

Description:

Jadewolf is a digital marketing agency specialized in luxury travel and hospitality. Our mission statement
and services can be found here and here respectively. We are looking for an entry-level appointment
setter that can help us do email and phone follow-up for inbound b2b leads we are generating each
month through our online advertising and content marketing efforts.

Ideally the appointment setter can also leverage the b2b data we have in our CRM (10 000+ industry
contacts) to book additional qualified appointments for us with prospects that potentially want to buy
digital marketing agency services from us.
The perfect candidate should be able to confidently and consistently determine initial fit with prospects
via the phone or email, spike interest in our agency services and convince them in a honest and ethical
fashion to agree to a scheduled online video discovery (qualification) call with us.

We use the BANT model (Budget, Authority, Need, Time) to qualify prospects in our discovery calls. For
additional bonus payments the appointments booked by the candidate need to be able to pass that
qualification process.

To ensure a consistent and professional brand we only allow email and phone follow up (no private
LinkedIn or other private social media direct messages) for reaching out to prospects. Please note that
we will monitor your activity (especially during the probation period) based on your email inbox and
calling software / CRM activity to prevent sales fraud.

Starting Quota: Minimum of 3 booked appointments per week (12 appointments per month), at least
40-50% of those have to pass our qualification process and go to the proposal stage.

Probation period: 1 Month

Compensation:

1000 USD per month fixed compensation (upfront)

50 USD bonus for every booked discovery meeting that passes our qualification process

50 USD additional bonus for every meeting that ultimately leads to a sale

Bonuses are calculated and paid out at the end of the calendar month.

After 3 months of successful appointment setting (with positive attributed sales & revenue) we will
double the fixed compensation to 2000 USD and the bonus payments to 100 USD respectively.

After 12 months of successful appointment setting (with positive attributed sales & revenue and a
matching or exceeded new quota of at least 5 bookings per week and a 60-70% qualification rate) we
will double the fixed compensation to 4000 USD and the bonus payments to 200 USD respectively.
