The document discusses the 14 Learner-Centered Psychological Principles divided into 4 parts - cognitive/metacognitive factors, motivational/affective factors, developmental/social factors, and individual differences factors. It explains that cognitive factors focus on teaching based on students' experiences, motivational factors affect learning and participation, developmental factors ensure material is appropriate for students' level and allows collaboration, and individual factors account for differences in learning experiences. The principles provide guidance for teachers to create an effective learning environment tailored to students' needs.

I have learned the 14 Learner-Centered Psychological Principles in this lesson.
It is divided into four parts: cognitive
and metacognitive, motivational and affective, developmental and social, and individual differences factors. Cognitive and Metacognitive talk about the 6 principles. Mainly, it is more effective when we teach the students the lessons based on the experiences that they can relate to. Motivational and Affective Factors have 3 principles. It is more on the internal and motivational factors that affect the students learning and participation during classes. Developmental and Social Factors gives 2 principles. It talks about whether the material is appropriate to their developmental level and lets the students experience interaction and collaboration. Individual Differences Factors are saying that the 3 principles are about the individual differences that can affect the learning experience of the students. As a future teacher, it is important to know these factors to facilitate an effective and efficient learning environment for the students.
