They main reason is the startup companies did not properly analyze the full stack view of
Indian logistics sector. Just adding a thin layer of technology does not solve the deep routed
problems such as non-availability of drivers and fragmented truck ownership and etc. by just
overlooking the process of the logistics it looks very easy and simple but implementing it and
running the process is not as easy what we look .with the help of today’s technology and
other factors we can sort down some problems but in the past it was very difficult to connect
and communicate. “One of the major problems was that it was a credit-driven business which
made it difficult for us to scale up. So the main important factor of communication itself was
missing in the past logistics field. Looking practically even the start- up platforms where
trying to develop there were some new implements like introduction of GST and a major
push towards a digital, cashless economy were also one of the major reason why logistics
platforms failed in the past India . Once these things were being normalised there was a huge
drop during covid-19. Covid made many new start-up to fail even major players in this sector
were brought down and even some companies started to shut down. So for a key player to it
was difficult then looking for new start-up’s it very difficult to look. To conclude the past
India was not a proper time for a logistics platforms, since there were no proper connection or
network in India. Even we were introduced to highways in recent days and there were too
many changes in the entire system. And in upcoming days logistics platforms will play a
major role in India.

platform business in the area of logistics?
My startup platform in logistics is to develop an artificial intelligence that can control the entire
supply chain of a company and even the delivery work through robotics. This is gone a work out in
hill station were its very difficult for a person to go and deliver. This platforms helps many companies
to even target each corner point area. Many people are looking for a logistics connection in each part
of India where it’s too difficult to just deliver a single product and it’s very expensive to so that many
can’t afford many things and there is distance between the manufacturer and consumer. This artificial
intelligence will act as merchant in between them and tries almost to deliver the product and connect
them. The artificial intelligence uses ev- vehicles which are fully controlled through online servers
and chips and in some parts we are planning to use robotics to finish the work. But the companies will
not only focuses on this we are also planning to execute a transportation hub internationally which
will be the backbone of the company. This international hub concept is to deliver materials and goods
across the globe who are working abroad or doing their studies or other purposes. We help them to get
their materials what all they require. this work in two different way one collecting from their home
and giving at the destination the other one is getting the list of things what they want from their native
we will purchase for them and pack it and then ship to them . Hence these are the two models of
platforms which I wish to start in future. This business platforms is very a difficult task to execute and
this if executed can bring a new logistics connection and will be makes the supply chain of client very
easier.
