Remove the overflow cap from the sequence.

The
cap already comes installed on the tub.
When the drain removed from the box we only see the drain and washer. We do not
see the third piece that is used to tighten them together.

Also there is a lot of time between then silicone is applied to the washer and when
the washer is installed. But I think this will be fixed when we remove the overflow
cap part.
Add a flex hose drain as part of the included items. The flex hose
drain is used to perform the water test. You would add the regular
drain, then used the flex hose to do the test, then remove the flex
hose and add the longer sleeve to complete the installation.

To install the flexible drain you screw it onto the regular drain and
push the other end into the floor drain.
After discussing with our plumbers we realize that the
competitor is doing it wrong. The feet need to be adjusted
to make sure the top of the tub is level. The purpose of the
adjustable feet is to make sure that your tub is level if the
bathroom floor is uneven.

To do this you measure the level while the tub is right-side-

up. And then tilting the tub up to make any adjustments.
I would like to change the order of the events.

Currently Change to

1. Unbox tub 1. Unbox tub

2. Install drain 2. Level Tub
3. Mark position 3. Mark position
4. Level feet 4. Install drain
5. Add silicone to bottom 5. Install flexible hose
