    SALE DEED
    This sale deed is drawn on 13th of March, 2023 between Mr. Nar Bahadur Dahal, resident of
    Tsirang, Bhutan holding CID no. 11811003574 (hereinafter referred to as seller) and Mr. Haridhan
    Debnath of Vivekananda pally, Jaigaon, West Bengal, India holding Adhaar card no. 866959209373
    (hereinafter referred to as buyer).

    Mr. Nar Bahadur Dahal has agreed to sell his vehicle, Eicher 10.80, bearing registration no.
    BP-2A-3594 to Mr. Haridhan Debnath for the price of Nu.90,000/- (Ninety thousand only) and the entire
    payment received in cash.

    Following are the description of the vehicle:
