2. Delegation as a Leadership style 3 weeks
• The tips for effective delegation.
• Eight characteristics that are critical to
the success of teams that exhibit best
performance.
III. COURSE OUTCOME
1. Implement an innovative approach that would enhance student’s
sense of social awareness and social responsibility.
2. Formulate strategies for the improvement of service delivery to
clients that would facilitate the development of self – sufficiency
and self – reliance.
3. Acquire the proper attitude in preparing the documentation report.
4. Realize the importance of monitoring, assessment and evaluation
works.
5. Inculcate in the youth’s mind patriotism, nationalism and advance
their involvement in the public and civic affairs.
6. Know the importance of community service, the responsibility of all
citizens and render personal/voluntary civic welfare service.
