    - It can be a lesson plan notebook or you can


    make scrapbook out of your materials.
    - Remember: Nursing is an ART.
    So be artistic enough to do your task.
     How are you graded?
    Content / Completeness – 40 points
    Creativity (being artistic) – 30 points
    Organization - 20 points
    Punctuality / Neatness - 10 points
    Total - 100 points
