Dear David Jessops,
I know that you will have been working with my team for three weeks by the
end of this month, I also aware of the low productivity problem that you want to solve. I
believe that you could work better with us if you make a few changes to your attitude to
work so, as discussed earlier, you should:
Firstly, I would like you to plan your work more particularly, because you
always think that all tasks you can do later and it is very easy for you, because of it you
starting to waste your time watching videos on YouTube and other things. I advise you
to attend the time management courses, after which you will be able to properly
manage your time.
Secondly, it is important not to spend too much time on meetings, you should
hold them shorter because they take a lot of your time. And if you succeed, then you
also have more time to work.
Next, you need to listen more actively to team members, because they always
offer help and give helpful advice, also their opinion is very important. Never ignore
them and discuss everything together. This is essential for the future of our company.
Finally, I expect you to delegate more tasks potential for promotion, because
exactly these assignments will influence your future career and success, also your
productivity will increase significantly.
