Admission Result of Class III 2022-23

Congratulations!
Students bearing the following roll numbers have been selected for admission into class III for
SJIS, 97 Asad Avenue, Mohammadpur, Dhaka-1207 for the year 2022-23. Selected students
are requested to follow the admission procedures as given below:
1. Collect Admission Request form submitting admit card on 10 April 2022 during office
hours. i. e. 9 a m-12.00 noon (Enter through gate No. 3).
2. Serial No 01 to 60 are requested to take admission on 11 April 2022 from 9 am-12.00
pm. The rest (sl. No. 61-120) on 12 April 2022 from 9.00 am to 12:00 pm. Total
admission cost is Tk 53,120 (Fifty-three thousand one hundred and twenty) only
including one month’s fee.
3. For admission you need to bring.
a) Original Transfer Certificate (TC). If not possible an application stating the date
when the same will be possible.
b) Students recent color photograph, 2pp size.
c) A photocopy of birth certificate (Government or Church).
d) Photocopies of NID of both parents.
4. After completion of admission process go to school canteen shop and show the receipt
to collect school uniform related materials (2 pants pieces,2 shirt pieces, 1 blazer piece,
3 monograms), one bag and exercise books for Tk. 3600.
5. If you fail to get admitted in due time you will lose the opportunity. Students will be
admitted from the waiting list then.

NB: Information should be given as per birth certificate and NID documents.
Information once given cannot be changed.
