5.7 Compound Operation

The compound operation here means that two operations work together, it can improve the
working efficiency. Because the compound operation moves in the two directions, it must
assure that the flow of the pump should be larger than the sum of needed flow of each sub
working mechanism, for which control levers can’t not be turned to max. inclination angle
and need to depress the accelerator pedal at the same time, and operation must be careful in
case of accident. This crane has the following ten kinds of compound operations.

WARNING:

a. The compound operation must be carried out after the load is away from the
ground and it is forbidden telescoping with load.
b. If the slewing motion is needed when perform compound operation, the operator
must first open the slewing brake switch before slewing operation.
