K: Oh, Hi doctor Nicole. This is Karen. I'm calling about my daugther Emily.
N: Of course, can you please tell me more about it.
How does she feel?
K: She feels really bad.

K: Can i come tomorrow?
N: No, I'm sorry. There is no opening on Mondays.

I sleep late and that affects a lot. I should sleep early

N: You should eat healthy food.
You should drink tea.
You should take antibiotic.
You shouldn´t drink limonada.
You shouldn´t eat unhealthy food.

E: I know. My daughter was home sick. She had a bad stomachache.
