S ALES E XECUTIVE J OB D ESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

• Responsible for the execution of sales activities to close the deal with potential clients that meet sales
target (Quarterly)
• This position is required to make reports to the Manager on a daily and weekly schedule respectively.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationship with existing and new potential customers .
• Contribute towards Company’s overall Sales & Marketing plan.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs .
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns .
• Follow up on opportunity with estimate/proposal and clarify clients’ requirements.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences .
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams .
• Manage customer database and keep the database up to date.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role with minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Hands-on experience with software industry.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques .
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

• Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent business certificates.


• English certificates (TOEIC ≥ 600, TOEFL iBT ≥ 64, IELTS ≥ 5.0 or any similar certificates)
