1. What are the positive approaches that the teacher demonstrated in her teaching?
Indicate 5.

 Every time she draws attention to something on the board, the teacher points with a
pointer. I really enjoy the various emoticons she used because they are all quite
adorable and the students would adore them.
 The teacher prepared and made use or several resources, including printed images and
television, to discuss the subject.
 The teacher was well-prepared and did a great job facilitating the debate.
 The teacher used a video presentation to help that pupils understand the topic—
locomotor movements—clearly.
 Each activity’s instructions were explicit

2. What are the negative approaches that you observe which needs improvement in the
teachers’ demonstration? Indicate 5.

 She didn’t push her students to join in the conversation in a meaningful way. She was
simply chatting long as there were no students around.
 She didn’t participate in the activities directly. She didn’t keep an eye on her pupils.
 She did not ask her pupils if they had any issues, worries, or questions about the subject.
 The teacher did not carry out the locomotor actions.
 The teacher needs to use more energy when leading the debate because a lack of energy
will make it dull and uninteresting.

3. How will you approach the lesson in your own style putting into consideration
the standards in teaching the subject?

If I’m going to teach locomotor movements in the future, I’ll explain what they
are to my pupils and give examples like walking, running, leaping, hopping, and skipping
so they understand that the things they now do are locomotor movements. I’ll
demonstrate the locomotor actions during the actual session, and then I’ll give them
instructions on how to replicate what they saw. They will follow my instructions as they
run, stroll, leap, hop, and skip. I can infer from this that they learn locomotor skills and
are skilled in using the to prevent harm to themselves and others.
