UJIAN PRAKTEK ENGLISH (REVIEW MOVIE)

I recently saw “Finding Nemo”, an animated family and adventure movie. It’s sets in
the ocean.
The main characters are Nemo, Marlin (Nemo’s father) and Dory.
The plot is very interesting. At first scene, it shows the birth story of Nemo, how Marlin,
his father and him survived from shark attack. But his mother (Coral) and the other 399 eggs
gone.
Next scene shows the first day of school of Nemo. Nemo has never been separated from
his father. His father never left him gone away, because still traumatic from the past incident.
At school, Nemo so happy, get new friend, new teacher and new experience. First Nemo learns
about science with Mr Ray, a Stingray. But at class, Nemo sneaks with his friends (Angel fish.
Sea horse and a Squid) to see a boat and swims near it. Nemo doesn’t hear his dad warning,
then Nemo get caught by a diver and separated with his dad.
After that, the movies tell about the story of Marlin, Nemo’s dad and Dory (Marlin’s
new friend), fight to follow the boat and find where the diver brings Nemo. They swim hundred
of miles and how they survived from 3 friendly shark (Bruce Shark), an anglerfish to find the
address of the diver from the back of the google left behind. They also passed the jellyfish
forest and across the East Australian Current (EAC) with the group of sea turtles. The other
side at dentist house, Nemo stays in an aquarium then he make new friend and struggles to go
back to the ocean, Nemo and his friend make plan to escape from the aquarium, Finally Nemo
succeed to escape and back to the ocean. Nemo meets his father.
My favourite character is Dory. Although Dory is not the main character, but she is a
scene stealer. I always wait her appearance. In the scene, when Dory appears, always make me
laugh. But she also show how she work hard to overcome her flaws. How she although she has
a short term memory loss fish tried to remember the address in the googles and need light. She
doesn’t notice how Marlin fight with the anglerfish to light up the dark ocean and how she try
remember “P.Sherman, 42 Wallaby Way, Sydney”.
I’d recommend you to watch this film because it’s fun, interesting & there are many
special effects, also you can see the beautiful of deep ocean and you also can get knowledge
about ocean life.
