Our school CASTLE OF YOUNG MIND LEARNING SCHOOL INC. (formerly Little Shepherd
Learning School) started it’s pre-school in the school year 2000-2001 to provide an opportunity for every
individual to learn according to its own growth pattern. The school serves need and wants of every individual to
attain the quality education and help each learner become self-directed and self-disciplined.

The program was supported by parents who voluntarily enrolled their children in school.

Hence, the undersigned suitable to apply for renewal permit to operate NKP for school year 2019-2020.

It is my desire to dedicate my service to improve knowledge and to uplift the best quality education.

The CASTLE OF YOUNG MIND LEARNING SCHOOL INC. established a way of life and in facing
challenges that lies ahead to instrument in nation building.
