Diversity it is a combination of our differences that shape our view of the world ,

our perspective and our approach. Diversity is also about recognizing , respecting and

valuing differences based on ethnicity , gender , age , race , religion , ability , and

sexual orientation.

My insight about the diversity it is the recognizing of the differences of people

living in the world. Identifying our abilities , skills and attitude as well. From the word

“Diversity” it is the Latin word divertere, which means to turn away , separate , oppose.

This is the point of being different from the others just like the gender and religions.

Moreover , It talks about also the difference of the individual or the ranks of the

families. Very familiar to us the different class of families based on their being wealth.

We have stages of diversity , it is the Ability (AND DISABILITY) AS A

DIMENSION OF DIVERSITY which talks about the abilities and disabilities of a human.

Next is the Dilemma of Diversity where diversity plays a unique role but still there are

changes that confront a lot of people.

Overall Diversity talks about differences of a human because I believed that each

one of us , has a difference from each other that could make us diverse. Every human is

unique because we don’t have same abilities nor skills that could make our world better.
