We have finished na I discuss and digestive system and now we are now

going to discuss the transportation of nutrients into cells

So diba gina ingon sato na we should eat carbohydrates for energy and
consume protein to build muscle. So how exactly does that happen?
So these things happen thru nutrients transportation (slide)
So nutrients are important elements that allow your body to perform
daily activities
As the nutrients move into the digestive system the carbohydrates are
broken down into glucose, proteins are broken down into amino acids
and fats are broken down into fatty acids and glycerol.
Before the nutrients can be transported in the body the foods we eat
needs to be broken down into more transportable size. This happen in
our digestive system. Which includes the mouth, esophagus, stomach,
small intestines and etc. explain
Deto yung digestion
Digestion – is the breakdown of food, from large insoluble molecules into
small molecules
So after the foods are consumed the molecules in the digestive system
called enzymes, break down what you eat into more suitable forms.
Enabling our bodies to use food effectively.
So yung walls ng small intestine that the body requires for proper
operation, and diniditribute nan g bloodstream yung mga nutrients sa
every region of our body. Sa process na eto maraming systems ang
involve so dapat jud mag work well in order to prevent the body from
losing energy in specific areas and possibly ceasing to function altogether.
