Internship Position for KIMUN 2023

Position: Organizing Committee Member - Kalinga International Model

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India

Duration: 3 months (May - July)

About the Organization:

The Kalinga International Model United Nations (KIMUN) is an annual

conference that brings together young leaders from around the world to
engage in meaningful discussions and debates on current global issues. The
conference is organized by a team of dedicated and passionate individuals
who are committed to providing an enriching and authentic MUN experience.

About the Internship:

KIMUN is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our

organizing committee as interns. As an organizing committee member, you will
have the opportunity to work closely with the core team and gain hands-on
experience in event management, communication, and leadership. You will
play a vital role in ensuring the success of KIMUN 2023 and will be
responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

a. Assisting in the planning and execution of various aspects of the

conference
b. Communicating with participants and stakeholders
c. Conducting research on global issues and committee topics
d. Preparing materials such as agendas, resolutions, and background
guides
e. Supporting the core team in various administrative tasks
Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who have:

1. Strong organizational and communication skills

2. A keen interest in international affairs and Model United Nations
3. A proven ability to work well in a team environment
4. A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
5. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
6. Prior experience in Model United Nations or event management is a
plus, but not required.
