1- End of the year speech (Nekkassi)

In the name of God the most gracious, the most merciful

Assalamualaykum
Parents, head teacher, teachers, class mates and friends. Here we are again, gathered virtually to
celebrate the year and give thanks to learners. A warm welcome to all parents who are joining us today.

It is a pleasure to be able to address you all, in this afternoon of happiness and celebration. We are here
to celebrate the success which the children and the school have achieved this year.

2020 has been another busy year, a year of its kind full of changes and hardship.

Yes, we have been undergoing times of confinement but we have been experiencing the change with our
lovely parents and our dear teachers. We have formed a team whose members thrive on change, diversity
and progress and this time all the work is done online via Microsoft teams. The Toubkal staff has focused
on teaching and learning using an international platform competing international world schools and
universities. Teaching and Learning are all the time highly qualified at our beloved School and is nothing
short of outstanding.

Today, I am speaking on behalf of all students studying at Toubkal. Therefore, I seize the opportunity to
say some words of wisdom.

We are proud and honored to be able to reiterate that we are fortunate to stud by the best educators and
that we have had the privilege to work alongside with the best friends forever. We are glad because our
school has made us special. We are excellent ambassadors in the community, whether on trips,
community events or learning excursions. You can all be relied on us to represent the school with pride
and dignity.

I would like to conclude, by wishing all the best to our students and our staff. I pray Allah to stop the
spread of Corona Virus in our country and save all humanity.

Inahussami3o duaa

Thank you for your encouragements.

2- Thank You, ALLAH (Khadija)

All the praises and thanks be to Alllah. Who has guided us to this, and we could never found
guidance, were it not that Allah had guided us. My lord! Grant me the power and the ability that I may
be grateful for your favour which you have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and I may do
rightous good deeds, such as please you, and make my offspring good. Truely, I have turned to You in
repentence, and truly I am one of the muslims.

3- Thank You Rassulallah (Omar)

Mohamed peace be upon you, you’re the one who said: “The best among
you is the one who doesn’t harm others with his tongue and
hands.” Sallalla 3alayka wassallama.

Thank you Rassulallah you’re the one who said: “The best among you are
those who have the best manners and character.”

Thank you Rassulallah I love you and I want to be with you in Jannah.
4- Thank You, Morocco (Salmane)

I am proud of being a Moroccan citizen. I am proud of my heritage, customs and traditions. I am

proud that I have a peaceful, inclusive, vibrant country that I love from tangier to Lgwira.

I’m thankful for my country. Being born and raised in Morocco, it is natural for me to love my own
country. Country is knowing who you are, what you’re made of and not being afraid to show it.

5- Thank You, mom and dad (Outhmane)

Dear Mom and dad, thanks for always being there for me, loving me, caring for me. No one can
ever replace you in my heart. Thank you for letting me grow my own wings, for letting me fly, for
catching me when I fall, for letting me stand when I can’t and for assuring me I can fly again.

6- Thank You, teacher (Imane)

My teacher, you are a guide and a compass. You’ve shown me the path to success and walked with
me along the way. Your high expectations in the classroom have helped give me confidence in
myself. Thanks so much for all you’ve done.

7- Creativity is contagious, pass it on. (Noamane)

If you want to live your life in a creative way, as an artist, you have to not look back too much.

The worst enemy to creativity is self-doubt.

8- Creativity makes life more fun and more interesting. (Marwa)

The comfort zone is the great enemy to creativity. An essential aspect of creativity is not being
afraid to fail. Starting with nothing and ending up with something. Interpreting something you saw or
experienced and processing it so it comes out different.

Lyrics

We need to wake up
We need to wise up
We need to open our eyes
And do it now, now, now!
We need to build a better future
And we need to start right now

We’re on a planet
That has a problem
We’ve got to solve it, get involved
And do it now, now, now!
We need to build a better future
And we need to start right now

Make it greener
Make it cleaner
Make it last, make it fast
And do it now, now, now!
We need to build a better future
And we need to start right now

No point in waiting
Or hesitating
We must get wise, take no more lies
And do it now, now, now!
We need to build a better future
And we need to start right now
