The proponent notes the absence of a dining option in Rizal's Park, which is
located in Centro 10 in Tuguegarao, Cagayan. In addition, much of the town is at risk
of flooding due to its proximity to the Cagayan River, with the exception of Centro 10
and a few other areas.
However, the advocate's home is stocked to the brim with an incredible variety
of foods. As a result, the proponent sees this as a great chance to open a bistro in

C. Marketing Strategies
Given the intense competition in the churro and coffee industries, it's critical to
provide excellent customer service, high-quality goods, and a wide range of
culinary options to customers. Prioritizing the flavor of our coffee and churros
will be nutritious and delicious, and we will showcase our products aesthetically
because being attractive is rather trendy right now. When you're hungry and
want to study your notes, coffee and churros are the best and ideal combination,
especially for students who truly enjoy coffee.
i. Given how popular Facebook is these days and how many people use it,
the proponent will create a page to advertise their goods. Additionally,
they will set up a page in a popular social media app. Customers can
place orders on the mentioned Facebook page, and delivery fees range
from 20 to 70 pesos, depending on where the order is being delivered.
ii. Another tactic will be the use of seasonal marketing. Customers will
receive discounts as a reward for winning events as well as for major life
occurrences like birthdays and anniversaries. They only have to provide
identification and certifications as verification.
iii. The proponents will also provide sales around special occasions like
Valentine's Day, Christmas, and New Year's.
iv. We will give discounts to students who place first in their class because
we believe they deserve it and because we want them to be more
motivated.
v. More churros will be offered to the first 10 university students who
purchase our goods.

D. Mode of Distribution
The Morning Run will be selling its churros and coffee products through a
small-scale cafe. The cafe will be located at Rizal’s Park Tuguegarao City,
Cagayan. It will be open from 6am to 9pm every day of the week. Customers
have two purchasing options: in-person and online. Free delivery when it is
within a kilometer. A delivery charge of 50 PHP would apply for distances
more than 1 km. Different tastes, including chocolate, strawberry, and caramel,
are available on the cafe menu.
The Morning Run sells churros with various dipping sauces and serves cold and
hot coffee. The number of churros and coffees sold depends on the availability
of ingredients and customer demand.
The following factors influence the demand and supply of churros and coffees
at The Morning Run.
1. Price. The higher the price of churros and coffee, the lower the quantity
demanded because fewer customers will want to buy them when the price
are high. But if the prices are low, the quantity demanded will be greater
because more customers will want to buy them.
3. Availability of the product. The Morning Run will set a limit on the
number of churros and coffee sold at the stall to avoid overstocking the
product or selling an excess. If there is an excess of the product, the stall
owner will lower the prices to reduce losses.
