INSTRUCTIONS: Capture a photograph that conveys the concepts of Transformational Leadership based on the discussion presented in our classes.
Write a short reflection below the picture or on the other page of this document.
CONDITIONS FOR SUBMITTING THE PICTURES: Only pictures originally captured by the student/wherein the student appears are considered
admissible as outputs for this subject. Pictures may be used by two or more students provided they appear on the said photograph. If the student does not
appear on the photograph he/she captured, he/she must submit a supporting photo that it was he/she that captured the submitted photograph.
Write your reflection in this area. It is highly encouraged to briefly write your reflection. The
reflection should be written in IBC or Introduction-Body-Conclusion Format.
For this reason, the reflection length is suggested to be written as follows: 1-3 for Introduction,
3-5 for the Body, and 1-3 for the Conclusion. The student may start with a quotation, a lyric from a
song, and/or other similar statements or lines in his/her Introduction which shall consist of 1-3
sentences. For the Body, the student may present three points or arguments as to why such content is
related to the requested concept of the output being requested for the lesson, while the two other
sentences may be considered as supporting statements for the points or arguments presented. The
Conclusion finally closes the whole essay reflections wherein 1-3 sentences summarizes or presents the
coherence of all the points or arguments presented.
In conclusion, if the essay reflection presented is short, the points can be easily captured by the
instructor. It does not mean that shorter reflection will guarantee you a high score and a clear and direct
explanation of your output. The instructor highly encourages his learners to evaluate the conciseness,
credibility, logicality, and clarity of the reflection.
