User’s Manual

INTRODUCTION

Online Learner Information System for Junior High School of Kaunlaran

Integrated School Foundation, Inc., is a web-based system developed for the purpose

intended to make things simpler and accessible to multiple devices. It provides backup

and recovery for data being stored in a remote server database online under a webhosting

with a domain name registered to Junior High School of Kaunlaran Integrated School

Foundation Inc. This system is accessible through Desktop, Laptop, Tablet and Mobile

Devices that is accessed over a network connection using http in a browser.

The system was developed in a form of a structured data in a database where the

data is being compiled, organized and stored for future use or reference that can be

accessed and utilized by the user. The system’s main purpose is to secure information and

data to prevent losses. The system can be accessed in a website interface that interact the

user as long as the computer is connected to the internet.

In the address bar, enter kisfisystem.com .This directs the user to the main page of

the system. There the user sees the buttons and drop down menus with different

functions. Each page has different access to different levels, from the administrator to

registrar, cashier and the learner or the user of the system. The system has limitation to

prevent unauthorized person to alter any data stored in the database without permission.

How to Access the System?

On the Desktop of your computer, click the internet browser (Ex. Google Chrome,

Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer)

In the Address Bar, enter kisfisystem.com.

How to Login as User?

In the LOGIN Dropdown Button, it provides you four options to login, the

administrator login, the registrar login, the cashier login and the learner login.

1. Click ADMINISTRATOR to login as Admin.

2. Click REGISTRAR to login as Registrar.

3. Click CASHIER to login as Cashier.

4. Click LEARNER to login as learner

Select in the Dropdown Menu ADMINISTRATOR to access the Administrator

Login Page.

How to Access Administrator?

To Login:

1. Enter Username.

2. Enter Password.

3. Click Log In or Enter on your keyboard.

In the Administrator Home Page, click Add Account to add an account for the

registrar and cashier. Click View Account to view the added account for the user.

How to Access Registrar?

To login:

1. Enter Username.

2. Enter Password.

3. Click Log In or Enter Command on your Keyboard.

1. Click ADD Dropdown Button to select actions to perform.

4. Click LOGOUT to exit the page.

How to Fill up Registration Form?

The Add Learner Registration shows the adding of personal information of the

learner. Complete all the information needed, put NA on the information that is not

applicable. Simply click SUBMIT button to add registration.

How to Fill up Faculty Information?

To add faculty information, fill up the information in textboxes. In the dropdown

button select what subject specialty and grade level where the faculty is assigned to.

Click ADD to submit.

Creating Learner Account

To create learner account, fill up the information in textboxes and select some

information needed. Click ADD to submit.

In adding learner subject grade, fill up textboxes and simply click Submit to

save.

The View Registration Information

The View Registration List provides you the list of learners who are already

registered in the school. In Search Area, the user can search information by typing name

or any related information that is saved on the system.

The View Learner Account List

The View Learner Account List displays the account information of the learner.

As it is shown above, the user can directly delete or update any information by just

clicking the Update or Delete button. The Update button will allow you to change any

information needed to be updated or changed.

How to Login as Cashier?

1. Enter Username.

2. Enter Password.

3. Click Log In.

In cashier Home Page, you can select the task you want to perform as a cashier.

You can add learner balance where you can input the amount of deposit and the system

will automatically compute the total amount to be paid.

How to Add Learners’ Balance?

In adding learner balance, select in the dropdown button the learners’ id. Fill up

all needed information and click the submit button.

View and Update Learners’ Balance

In order to update learners’ balance information you need to go in the View

Learners’ Balance Page. Click the Update button to update learners’ balance

information.

How to Print Learner Balance Information?

In order to print learner balance information, you need to select in the dropdown

button the name of learner you wanted to print. Select the print button.

Generate Report

This is the PDF File Format for learner balance information where you can print or

download the file you wanted to have. In PDF, it displays information of the learner and

the amount he/ she will pay and the total amounts to be paid.

To print and download:

1. Click the printer logo at the PDF File.

2. Click the download sign at the PDF File.

How to login:

1. Enter Username.

2. Enter Password.

3. Click Log In button.

Learner Home Page

The learner Home Page lets the learner to select VIEW Dropdown Button to

view their balance information, grade details and faculty details.

View Grade Details

The learner can view his/her grade details by choosing View Grade. The learner

can directly print his/her grade by clicking the Print Grade on the upper right of the

view grade page.

View Balance Information

The learner can view his/her balance by choosing View Balance. The learner can

print his/her balance information by clicking the Print Balance. It will direct to the PDF

file where you can print or download your file.

Generate PDF File

This is the PDF file for generating report. The user can choose to print or

download the file they needed.
