In reference to the matter stated above, as well as the letter with your reference,
FICO/ADR/AKMAL/001/2022, we would like to accept your invitation to the mediation
proposed by you. We are in good faith and adhere to the agreement and the mediation clause
that bind all the parties as stated in our agreement.

We believe that this mediation shall be a good way to seek a preferable solution for all parties
in dispute. We agreed that the costs incurred from the mediation process would be equally
