Brigith Benites is interested in joining the Mountain School and has experience climbing mountains in Peru. She took a climbing training course a year ago where she climbed Alpamayo and Chopicalqui. While she hasn't climbed Huascaran yet, she wants to. She recommends Cusco as the location for an expedition due to the many mountains in the area like Vilcabamba, Vilcanota, and Urubamba that can be climbed. Safety equipment like harnesses, ropes, straps, securing devices, and descenders will be used to keep students safe.

Dear: Dear Mountain School Director My name is Brigith Sthefania Benites Garcia and I’m very interested in climbing mountains, camping, get to know new places and learn about the culture of the place. I have traveled to Cusco and I have seen that it is a good place for an expedition. I have had a climbing training. I took the course one year ago +and it was a great experience. It was in Peru. I’ve climbed the Alpamayo, it is a mountain in the Peruvian Caraz district, in the province of Huaylas, within the department of Ancash. I’ve also climbed Chopicalqui, quechua: Chawpikallki, is a mountain in Peru located in the Cordillera Blanca, between the two peaks of Huascarán and Contrahierbas, in the province of Yungay. I haven't climbed the Huascaran, it’s a mountain in the peruvian provinces of Carhuaz and Yungay in the department of Ancash, is a very high mountain but I want to climb it sometime. The place chosen for the expedition is Cusco since in this place we will find a great amount of mountains to be able to climb such as the Vilcabamba, Vilcanota and Urubamba mountain ranges. The safety equipment we will use will be Harnesses, Ropes, Straps, Securing devices and Descenders will help us to maintain the safety of the students. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me, thank you.
